I am 5′ 8″ 180lbs and a large fits well, casually looks great, but doesn’t allow for adding layers in the arms. When I bump up to Extra Large, still looks great, not too long in the sleeves or body, yet provides more room in the arms for adding a long sleeve shirt comfortably.
